Investments in Herdade da Aroeira

Following the decision of the Board of Directors of Silgolf, the company managing golf and related service in Herdade da Aroeira, the facilities used by Herdade will undergo thorough restructuring with a view to their improvement.

The main purpose of this decision is to provide Herdade residents and golfers with a set of services of the usual high standards of quality, which include the restructuring of the premises and the respective modernisation of the spaces of the existing Cafeteria and the Club House.
The already completed Commercial Area will also be opened to the public soon and will include a supermarket, hairdresser, tobacco store and two spaces reserved for catering, which will be another great benefit for the residents and visitors of Herdade.

In addition, the construction of a hotel, whose operator is specialised in the field, is planned soon, representing a high quality chain that is the partner of Silgolf in this project.

Aroeira currently boasts two golf courses and a range of facilities, having become a place of choice for residents and golfers. Through these works, Silgolf plans to raise to the maximum the standard of quality of the existing facilities and create others that will provide Herdade residents and visitors with additional advantages.
