| Skelmorlie Golf Club is a long established 18 hole private golf course situated on the gentle slopes overlooking the villages of Skelmorlie & Wemyss Bay on the West Coast of Scotland. Only 40 mins from Glasgow & enjoying an unusually temperate climate which providing there is no frost, allows main greens to be used throughout the winter months. Every year Hundreds of visitors are made most welcome at Skelmorlie Golf Club. A short but tricky course where good positional play will do well. An ideal course for a day ticket with rounds taking just over three hours for a three ball. Stunning views of the Firth of Clyde will add to the unforgettable experience of playing this par 65 sss 65 moorland course. Past visitors will be pleased to know that after years of trying, as of March 2001 we no longer have any sheep on the course. Catering can be supplied for groups booking in advance. The course was reviewed in 2005 by Roy Hunter
